To enforce the strategy of providing a quality service to our customers, ThyssenKrupp Palmers Ltd is proud to hold full accreditation to ISO 9001:2008. This encompasses all locations and covers every operation within the company. Copies of the company’s Quality Statement, Statement of Safety Policy and Statement of Environmental Protection are available upon request.

From 1995 to 1997, ThyssenKrupp Palmers Ltd achieved the RoSPA Gold Safety Award and from 1998 to 2003 consecutively the RoSPA Gold Medal Award. To assist its customers and locations in striving for a safe working environment, ThyssenKrupp Palmers Ltd has it own in-house Quality, Safety Health and Environment Department. This department works closely with the HSE and regularly audits the safety standards pertaining to its products and services.
